Q: How much do your services cost?
All pricing is based on the volume and complexity of your financial activity. After you complete the Client Intake Form and we review your most recent 3 months of bank/credit card transactions, then we'll send you a personalized flat monthly rate. No hidden fees!
Q: What documents do I need to provide?
For an accurate quote, we'll need:
3 months of recent business bank and credit card statements
(Optional) Access to your current QuickBooks account if you already have one
For your convenience and privacy, the Client Intake Form includes a secure file upload section for your statements.
Q: When is the payment due?
Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month and due within 5 business days. A late fee of $25 may apply after that. Monthly payments are made via direct deposit for consistency and ease.
Q: Do you offer one-time clean-up or catch-up services?
Yes! If you're behind on your books or need help preparing for tax season, we offer one-time or short-term clean-up services - just mention this in your intake form.
Q: Where are you located? Do you work virtually?
We are based in Kern County, CA, but we work 100% virtually with clients across California and beyond using QuickBooks Online and secure communication tools.
Q: Is my financial information safe with you?
Absolutely. At Integrity Bookkeeping Solution, your privacy is a top priority. All documents are handled with strict confidentiality, and any uploads through the intake form are sent through a secure, encrypted connection. We do not share your information with third parties.
